We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

CLYATES sources premium goods from specialized artisans and wholesale partners. You acknowledge that:

Lead Times: Shipping and processing times provided at checkout are estimates. High-end hardware and furniture may be subject to production delays.
Availability: Inventory is subject to the availability of our manufacturing partners. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, a full refund will be issued.

SECTION 5 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. Note on Installation: CLYATES is not responsible for the improper installation of architectural hardware or furniture. We recommend professional installation by licensed contractors for all hardware and mounted goods.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
