Refund policy

CLYATES Refund Policy Our policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Architectural Hardware & Furniture: Due to the specialized nature of our boutique items, products must be inspected upon delivery. Any damages or discrepancies must be reported to contact@clyates.shop within 48 hours of receipt.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

CLYATES Shipping Policy Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Delivery Estimates: Because we curate high-end items from specialized artisans and wholesale partners, shipping times may vary. Architectural hardware typically arrives within 7–10 business days, while larger furniture pieces may require additional freight handling time.
